Here’s how this 21 day challenge is going to work …
We’ve teamed up with Ro, our Online Fitness Specialist. Each day, come back to this ebook and there’s a post from her with an upper body strength workout to do. She includes a video that shows the HOW TO, and a post with instructions so you’ll learn proper form and technique.
We’re splitting the upper body up into 6 different parts - and focusing on one part a day - back, chest, shoulders, biceps, triceps and core.
We start with just 1 exercise each day in week 1 - and then build from there …
Week 1 = 1 exercise … 3 sets of 10
Week 2 = 2 exercises … 3 sets of 12
Week 3 = 3 exercises … 3 sets of 15
