Plank 21 Day Challenge
Ahhhh - the plank!! What a wonderful exercise! Planks truly are so great for a few reasons:
First off - Anyone - anywhere - anytime can do them. You don’t need any equipment - just get down for 30 seconds … or a min or 2 … and hold a plank. There’s modifications for newbies, and intensifications for those wanting to up it.
Secondly - Variety! There are a million variations you can do with planks - to really change them up and keep it fresh. To challenge your body in different ways.
AND! Planks work pretty much every muscle, head to toe … and therefore burn massive calories!!
Whether you can hold a plank for 5 minutes or 5 seconds (or not at all … yet!), or you’d like to just work on getting better, we’re excited to have you in the 21 day ‘Playing with Planks’ challenge.
