Functional Fit is all about training our bodies for everyday Living, using our functional movement skills:  lunge, squat, hinge, walk, rotate, push & pull.  These are the movements we use everyday, in all our daily activities.


This program is a 'mini' program - meaning the workouts are more summary style, and not full length follow along.  This gives you more freedom to move at your own pace, at your own time.


There are 8 mini- programs within this full program.  Each mini-program is 4 weeks long, for a total of 32 weeks of programming!
