Burn It! 5 Day Challenge
Welcome to the 5 day BURN IT! Challenge. The next 5 days are going to be filled with fun, fitness, and lots of burning - but in such a good way!
Here’s how the challenge works:
Come back to this ebook each day and you will see a daily post with a ‘workout of the day’. We’ve teamed up with Ro, our Online Fitness Specialist, and she’s excited to be sharing these daily posts & workouts.
The workouts are super short (seriously only a few minutes) and use minimal equipment. The focus of this challenge is small pulse movements - that bring on such a good BURN!! They’re designed so anyone, anywhere CAN do them.
There will be videos each day showing the moves and the How Tos - so be sure to click and watch those.
Complete the suggested workout, then journal & track how it went. That’s your accountability check-in … to help you to stick with it.
The challenge is to keep showing up for more each day over these 5 days. To show up each day - to do the suggested workout - and to journal - to track how the workout went.
It’s only 5 days. But the results will be amazing! Both physical AND mental!
